The Company Secretary is responsible for the efficient administration of a Company, particularly with the regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirement and for ensuring that decisions of the board of director are implemented despite the name, the role is not clerical or secretarial.

It is a senior position in a private sector company or public sector organization. There are three qualifying stages for becoming a company secretary, namely –



CS / Foundation / Intermediate / Final

  • Duration - 6 Months
  • Course time – 6 Months
  • Examination Type – Half Yearly
  • Examination – Twice in year (June/December)
